The Shambles Bank off Weymouth has been throwing up loads of good quality plaice recently, with fish well over the magic 5lb mark putting in an appearance. We've had pictures in from beer in Devon, as well as from Portsmouth, where yet more plaice to over 5lb have been caught.
We're approaching neap tides again, so this weekend should be prime time for you all to get out and catch a few 'red spots'. Make sure you've got plenty of quality ragworm and squid ordered.
